The MOVES:

This is a fiery glute-focussed flow. It kicks-off w/ glute activation, increasing in intensity as you activate via pulses in a zesty flow. You’ll transition to a glute strengthening sequence that encourages you to check-in frequently / listen to your body’s cues to continue or rest.
